Job Overview

We’re looking for a Client Partner to join our team and take ownership of key client relationships — from nurturing long-term partnerships to driving account growth and ensuring smooth delivery. This role blends strategic account management with operational oversight and strong communication skills. You’ll work closely with CTOs, VPs, and Product Owners on the client side, while also leading internal delivery teams and aligning efforts with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders (CTOs, VPs, Product Owners)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and account management
  • Identify and pursue up-sell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
  • Manage delivery operations: coordinate internal teams, track progress, resolve issues
  • Drive regular planning and performance syncs with clients and internal teams
  • Facilitate contract negotiations and scope changes
  • Monitor overall client satisfaction and proactively address risks

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role within outsourcing or outstaffing IT companies
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with executive-level stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience in contract management, service renewals, and up-selling
  • Strong delivery coordination skills: planning, team communication, and performance tracking
  • Upper-Intermediate to Advanced level of English (B2–C1)
