QA Engineer (Manual + Automation Basics)

Job Overview

We are looking for a QA Engineer with solid manual testing experience and a keen interest in automation. You’ll be part of a product-focused team working on web and API-based applications, helping to ensure product quality through detailed testing, documentation, and validation. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their QA career by gaining hands-on exposure to automation tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web and API applications to ensure functionality and performance.
• Create and maintain detailed test cases, bug reports, and test scenarios.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Use Postman, Swagger, and SQL for API and database validation.
• Begin exploring automation frameworks or build on existing knowledge to support future QA automation efforts.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in manual QA testing.
• Solid understanding of QA processes and best practices.
• Experience in writing structured test documentation (test cases, bug reports, scenarios).
• Experience in Web/API testing.
• Familiarity with Postman, Swagger, and SQL.
• Basic knowledge of automation tools or a strong desire to learn.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher.

Will Be a Plus:

• Initial experience with automation (pet projects, test scripts, or exploratory learning).
